What data, how and for how long do we use?
Provision of services
To provide you the services, to deliver the goods and documents related to your order, to allow you to pay for the goods, and to contact you in relation of the service if relevant, we shall ask you for the following information:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- postal address
- phone number,
- other data related to the provision of the service if relevant.
Due to accounting requirements we keep the accounting records for seven years from the end of the financial year in which you paid to us for the goods.
Irrespective of the foregoing, we will delete the data immediately if any basis and purpose for future storage ceases to exist.
Web browsing statistics and your preferences
We strive to continually improve our websites and make them even more user-friendly so that our services are as relevant as possible to the needs and preferences of our customers. To this end, we want to know how often our site is visited, what device and browser is used, from which regions visitors come from, and what information on our site is of most interest to our site visitors.
