To provide you the services, to deliver the goods and documents related to your order, to allow you to pay for the goods, and to contact you in relation of the service if relevant, we shall ask you for the following information:
- name and surname,
- e-mail address,
- postal address
- phone number,
- other data related to the provision of the service if relevant.
Due to accounting requirements we keep the accounting records for seven years from the end of the financial year in which you paid to us for the goods.
Irrespective of the foregoing, we will delete the data immediately if any basis and purpose for future storage ceases to exist.
Web browsing statistics and your preferences
We strive to continually improve our websites and make them even more user-friendly so that our services are as relevant as possible to the needs and preferences of our customers. To this end, we want to know how often our site is visited, what device and browser is used, from which regions visitors come from, and what information on our site is of most interest to our site visitors. We use such data on the basis of legitimate interest and retain it for an indefinite period. We use such statistical non-personalized data to analyze trends amongst our website visitors.
On the basis of legitimate interest, we also store information on your activities and preferences on our websites (your language preference, font size, and other screen preferences) so that you do not have to re-insert them. We also store information about your purchases, unpaid shopping carts, downloads, and the answers you have provided to our questions, to direct to you the services and information you may be most interested in. We shall store this information for as long as we have a basis to keep your information for providing the service (see above) or for direct marketing (see below).

You may disable Google Analytics from collecting your data at any time. See more about this here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
In addition, your activity on our site (including your IP address, query time) may be recorded by the server hosting our site. This data is also used on the basis of legitimate interest, but only for technical purposes to ensure the security and functionality of the site.
With your consent, we will collect and store your first and last name and contact information for direct marketing purposes. We will delete this information within three years of your consent or your last use of our services unless you renew your consent at our request in the meantime. When we send you information about Opadii offers, campaigns, events and other activities, we use the information we collect about your preferences to direct to you the services and information that you may be most interested in.
Please note that you may opt-out of your direct marketing consent at any time by emailing us.

For example, Google Analytics is provided by Google Inc (a US company) that has access to data collected with Google Analytics.
